Business Management and Development
·          Successfully launched Spectralight Images, LLC in 1990 as a part-time digital media training and production company. The company is still in operation today serving customers throughout North America.

·          Effectively organized, opened and obtained the IRS 501-C3 status for “The Orlando Visual Artists League” non-profit organization gallery and artist studios in Orlando, Florida; serving as president for three years.

·          Successfully launched and managed Central Florida’s only Autodesk Authorized Training Center.

·          Obtained the distinguished status as an Autodesk Media & Entertainment Application Training Specialist in 1998 and is currently one of the first Autodesk Certifier Instructors worldwide.

·          Developer of the Autodesk M&E Authorized Fundamental instructional standards and the Certified Instructor program.

·          Increased productivity of employees and individuals by developing and providing targeted instruction in 3D Studio MAX, Photoshop, video editing and digital photography.
